The Customer Service Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for order management.

This position is part of the Commercial Operation Team located in Shanghai/Beijing and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Review and sign commercial contracts with customers.

+ Own customer order fulfilment from order entry, product supply, shipment delivery to complaint settlement.

+ Issue invoices, complete cash application and minimize AR past due.

+ Drive funnel management and forecast accuracy.

+ Drive process simplification and optimization to improve efficiency.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade or foreign trade English;

+ Work experience in import/export business or order fulfillment and management is desired;

+ Adaptive in different culture and environment; Willing to take challenges and drive changes;

+ Good command of Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems (Oracle is a plus); Analytical and sensitive to numbers;

+ Good interpersonal and communication skills; Strong sense of urgency and self-motivation;

+ Proven ability to deliver results with strong execution;

+ Customer-focused, clear thinker and team player.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Oracle skill is a plus.

+ Fortune 500 working experience is a plus.
