**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ **Achieve Sales Targets:** Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals to contribute to overall business success.

+ **Deliver Scientific Information** : Communicate key product messages, including therapeutic indications, disease states, and the latest clinical data, with accuracy and clarity.

+ **Collaborate on POA Execution** : Work closely with the manager to implement the agreed Plan of Action (POA) aligned with the marketing strategy.

+ **Build Strong Relationships** : Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with HCPs and foster effective internal collaboration.

+ **Organize Scientific Events** : Plan and execute scientific meetings and events to effectively disseminate product information.

+ **Demonstrate Market Expertise** : Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product(s), market dynamics, key stakeholders, and competitors.

+ **Manage Budget Responsibly** : Operate within the agreed budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the General hospital channel

+ Experience in the osteoporosis market preferred

+ Residence in the Gwangju / Jeonju area preferred

+ Strong skills in territory planning, sales analysis, and driving sales excellence

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Good command of written and spoken English is preferred
