The Global Product Marketing Manager for High Content Imaging is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for our high content imaging products. This role requires a deep understanding of imaging technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs within the scientific and medical research communities. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a track record of success in product marketing, and a passion for advancing imaging solutions that enhance scientific discovery.

This position reports to the Director of Product Management and is part of the Cellular and workflow automation team and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Product Positioning and Messaging: Create compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiate our high content imaging products in the marketplace. Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels. Collaborate with the sales team to develop training materials, sales tools, and competitive analysis. Provide ongoing support to sales representatives to drive product success.

+ Launch Excellence/Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including target market identification, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales enablement tools. Co-lead the Launch Excellence Process with the Product Manager

+ Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive product adoption. Collaborate with marketing managers to produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, white papers, case studies, presentations, and digital content to support sales and marketing efforts.

+ Create demand for products through effective positioning, messaging, and marketing programs

+ Deliver on revenue and growth achievement targets for new and existing products

+ Commercially launch new products and drive launch excellence with new product introductions

+ Outline product positioning which articulates the value proposition and links each feature to a customer-oriented benefit

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing or customer-facing imaging role, within the life sciences or medical imaging industry.

+ Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

+ Ability to travel – up to 25% globally

+ Requires communicating product value prop and product positioning to NA, EU & APAC commercial teams.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Experience with high content imaging products is highly desirable

+ Strong understanding of imaging technologies and applications in scientific research.

The annual salary range for this role is $135,000 – $155,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
