The IDN Manager for Radiometer is responsible for the sale of Radiometer’s products and services to Integrated Delivery Networks in a designated geographical area. The IDN Manager is responsible for creating and executing a targeted IDN plan to deliver year over year installed base and core growth directed by annual performance objectives and quota.

This position is part of the North America sales team located in North Central, USA and will be fully remote, managing a territory from Idaho to Missouri and Wisconsin. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Develop and execute strategic IDN plans with strong team daily management. Work proactively and independently with regional teams on account strategy, planning and execution.

+ Facilitate IDN Summits 18-24 months prior to Request for Proposal or customer decision.

+ Negotiate system-wide contractual and financial agreements to meet customer needs while meeting company growth objectives and profitability requirements. On occasion you might have the ability to act as lead for one of the national GPO’s.

+ Conduct annual IDN business reviews with base IDNs. Assist in managing escalated IDNs and “at risk” accounts in coordination with regional team.

+ Provide accurate IDN sales funnel, customer contact, activities and forecast in CRM.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree required, science major preferred

+ 5+ years of relevant sales and/or sales management experience with large accounts

+ Experience developing c-level relationships

+ 60% travel or greater; some overnight travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Capital equipment sales

The salary range for this role is $110,000 – $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
