Description

**Responsibility**

+ Manage product importation with a broker and product receipt with LSP (Logistics Service Provider).

+ Shipment notification to customs broker & LSP and tracking shipment, import declaration review & archived, submit customs duty payment request, maintain shipment record and shipment document archived.

+ Support or handle the transportation lane assessment from manufacturing sites to the local warehouse with global supply chain.

+ Import goods receipt monitoring and temperature record reading.

+ Manage logistics related vendors

+ Develop SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) or other form of work instructions, own local logistics SOP/FORM.

+ Perform the local lane assessment from the LSP warehouse to 1 _st_ economic warehouses with LSP.

+ Update annual temperature monitoring plan.

+ Perform periodic temperature monitoring report.

+ Report defect product detected in warehouse.

+ Arrange annual product destructions, on-site overview, and complete entire process.

+ Deal with distribution complaints.

+ Handle temperature excursion from the LSP warehouse to 1 _st_ economic warehouses, cope with deviations.

+ Perform inventory reconciliation & monthly report to finance, annual stock count.

+ Review LSP KPI and have LSP regular review meeting.

+ Review LSP service fee, handle procure to pay, and monitor budget/spending.

+ Support audits

**Knowledge and Skills**

+ Pharmaceutical supply chain management.

+ GMP/GSP

+ Pharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge.

+ Knowledge in South Korea regulations and practices of drug filing and supply.

+ ERP (ex. SAP) system experience is preferred.

+ Cold chain management is a plus.

+ Analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Motivated self-starter who can influence and change in an ambiguous environment.

+ Effective verbal, written, and listening communications skills.

+ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 5+ years supply chain experience, preferred with major pharmaceutical companies.

+ English communication skill is required.

+ APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) certification is a plus.
