Working with Pfizer’s dynamic engineering team, you will play a critical part in managing the maintenance and reliability engineering activities involving the redesign, maintenance, and repair of utilities systems, buildings, and production/non-production equipment.

You will be a team member who is relied on to have a good understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment. Your decision making will help you prioritize workflows based on the available resources. You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks, some of which may vary in scope, sequence, complexity and timing. **What You Will Achieve**

In this role, you will:

+ Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.

+ Collaborate with the maintenance team and operations staff to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of work orders.

+ Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work.

+ Monitor and track equipment performance and maintenance work to identify trends and potential issues.

+ Procure necessary parts, tools, and equipment for maintenance work.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance work, including costs, timeframes, and outcomes.

+ Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.

+ Assist in the planning and execution of major maintenance projects and facility upgrades.

+ Track repair history of process support systems and equipment.

+ Lead or participate in continuous improvement activities.

+ Particulate in ensuring that all maintenance activity is completed within designated timeframe and assist filing proper documentation per Standard Operating Procedures as necessary for extensions.

+ Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements and protocols.

+ Make recommendations regarding improved machine performance.

+ Read and interpret detailed blueprints and schematics.

+ Manage own time and professional development, accountable for own results and prioritize own workflow.

**Here Is What You Need** **(Minimum Requirements)**

+ High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience

+ Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner, preferably in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.

+ Knowledge of maintenance planning software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

+ Strong understanding of biotech equipment, systems, and facility operations.

+ Excellent organizational and project management skills.

+ Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

+ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

+ Strong understanding of safety and regulatory compliance in a biotech environment.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills

+ Sound interpersonal, decision making and problem-solving skills.

**Bonus Points If You Have** **(Preferred Requirements)**

+ Previous Biopharma experience

+ Knowledge of Food and Drug Administration PSM, Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} policies and procedures

**Physical / Mental requirements**

+ Lifting, sitting, standing, walking, bending, ability to perform mathematical calculations

**Non-Standard work schedule, travel or environment requirements**

+ Aseptic gowning training and practice required

The salary for this position ranges from $29.85 to $49.74 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
