The Mechanical Engineering Supervisor will manage a staff of engineers and provide technical support to them in developing designs for customer applications by selecting sources and monitoring results. This person will developprocesses and perform technical support to production, marketing, sales, and/or other departments. Completes projects and performs project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control. Establishes and prepares technical standards and completes technology design theory and procedures.

• Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
• May recommend/ determine organizational structures
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
Basic Qualifications
• B.S. Mechanical Engineering
• A mininum of 3 years of supervisory experience in engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Skilled with Creo Elements/Pro
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• SAP
• Experience in power distribution
• Knowledge in Lean manufacturing

• The pay range for this position is $108,850 – $186,600 the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
