We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on National Sales & Operation Manager to lead our U.S. operations. This role is ideal for a driven sales leader eager to expand Rimed’s presence in the U.S. market, focusing primarily on sales while also taking ownership of operations, service support, and training. Key Responsibilities
- U.S. Sales Ownership: Take full responsibility for driving Rimed’s sales across the U.S., including direct sales, dealer/channel partnerships, and customer engagement.
- Sales Execution: Sell Rimed’s capital medical equipment to hospital Neurology Departments, Stroke Centers, Neuro ICU Units, and private neurology offices.
- Business Development: Act as a hunter to drive the full sales cycle — generating leads, developing opportunities, and closing deals.
- Operations & Support: Coordinate with HQ customer support & service
- Collaboration: Report directly to and work closely with global headquarters in Israel.
- In the initial phase , this is a hands on role. As the business grows, you will build & lead a dedicated US sales & support team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of successful sales of capital medical equipment (Neurology preferred). Experience in selling Neurological devices like EEG & EMG is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in finding & managing distributors or independent reps.
- Track Record: Proven ability to create and manage a sales funnel with a history of generating leads and closing deals.
- Technical Acumen: Strong technical skills and a bachelor’s degree
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership: Experience in hiring and managing a team.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel nationwide extensively.

- Base salary: $110,000–$130,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission. Significant grow opportunity.
