The Cytiva PMO System Integration Manager will support the Cytiva Project Management Office (PMO) team providing technical support for the Project Management & Enterprise Tools & Process pillars including but not limited to; Project Management Tools & Processes, Enterprise & Portfolio Management, the integration of Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools as needed, into the PMO Tools library. This role is the SME for Smartsheet, PowerBi, Qlik Sense, Aha and must possess in-depth Project Management knowledge.

This position is part of the Business Operations division located in Marlborough, MA. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

This is a HYBRID position based out of the Marlborough, Massachusetts site.

What You’ll Do

+ Develop, and own the tactical/technical tool creation of the Project & Portfolio Management Toolkit through end-to-end technical life cycle management with direction from PMO Pillar leaders driving best-in-class tools.

+ Liaise with other functional PMOs and Program Team’s to better understand technical interdependencies, feedback and user requirements for additional tools and dashboards as needed.

+ Maintain Cytiva PMO Project Management Tools & Processes library and selected interface with third party software vendors as needed.

+ Provide hands-on Customer Support for all new users and project teams through demo execution & training as needed and across all levels of Cytiva

+ Collaborate closely with Learning & Development Lead to create, maintain and keep current all Cytiva PMO Toolkit demo & training material including workspaces, Quick Reference Guides & Training Videos

Who You Are

+ Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in IT, Software Development, Engineering, or in a relevant field with equivalent practical experience with a strong acumen for Project Managment

+ Prefer 5+ years in IT/Software life-cycle development or related field.

+ Demonstrated experience and expertise in Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office & Teams is required.

+ Experience with Miro, Qlik and a PPM (Accolade/Clarity, Lucid, and Primavera application is a plus

+ Strong ability in developing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) is required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Effectively managing a Change Control & Version Control process

+ Application of Continuous Improvement methodology to software / application development process

+ Identifying and executing Change Management around software / application and process deployment
