**What you will do**

This role will work cross-functionally to ensure the benefits to patients offered by Amgen products can be optimized. Devising and implementing marketing plans in line with global/regional guidance to build the brand and grow the business. Ensuring all plans and initiatives adhere to highest level of integrity and Amgen Values. This individual will report to the Business Unit Lead – General Medicine and serve as a core member of the Hong Kong Commercialization Team. Some of the key deliverables will include:

Main Responsibilities:

_I_ _nsight Generation_

+ Initiate and conduct market research when necessary, analyze findings and develop POA for assigned product(s) accordingly

+ Collect and analyze the field insights from sales team via regular sales and marketing team meetings and conduct competitive workshop if needed.

+ Build network with key external stakeholders to gain insight about the unmet medical needs.

+ Identify new business opportunities, develop business cases and plans for securing resources to realize the potential of the opportunities.

_Planning, Execution & Cross-Function Collaboration_

+ Develop LRS, annual budget and quarter forecast for the assigned product(s) in General Medicine portfolio with Finance Manager and supply chain,

+ Propose national budget, sales target and achieve agreement with GM and BU Lead,

+ Update demand forecast monthly and work with supply chain to ensure stable supply of responsible product(s)

+ Provide local market insights to GCEL via monthly catch up to contribute the formulation of regional brand directions and reassure local tactics are on track,

+ Consolidate insights from market research and field force to develop Country Brand Plan/Local Product Strategy (LPS) for assigned product(s)

+ Design and implement promotion campaigns.

+ Develop sales promotional materials and provide trainings to sales team via sales team meetings and cycle meetings.

+ Provide call objectives and customer targeting requirement to sales leaders to formulate the sales promotion tactics. Review the call performance with sales manager quarterly.

+ Set KPI to monitor and track the performance.

+ Partner with the local medical counterparts to formulate the local medical plan:

+ Share the commercial insights during CBT meetings, identify the local scientific gap and ensure the directions of medical initiatives are in line with brand objectives.

+ Work with Medical Affairs Manager to design disease and product trainings for sales team

+ Co-develop the access and advocacy plan with VAP lead define measurable KPIs and track the progress.

+ propose and develop pricing strategy for assigned product(s)

+ plan and execute hospital formulary listing activities.

+ design and execute Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) & Patient Support Programs (PSPs) if needed.

+ Align on the key advocacy initiatives and ensure the alignment with the brand goals.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams or other brand teams on joint projects.

+ Collaborate with cross functional team on pre-launch activities for pipeline products

+ Manage OSE budget to ensure management result can be achieved.

+ Recruit and manage external vendors.

+ Ensure all activities, campaigns and materials (1) are reviewed & approved according to the corresponding SOPs; and (2) comply with internal policies and local code of practices.

**What we expect of you**

Qualifications

+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in industry, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing function

+ Computer skills (MS Office programs)

+ Fluency in English, both oral and written communications

+ Proficiency in Cantonese
