Description

**Responsibilities**

+ Supporting long range scenario considering CV potential and market environment

+ Closely monitoring impact of emerging competitors and reflecting marketing strategy

+ Developing brand plan and executing activities for CV annually

+ Developing compelling messages and materials by deeply understanding perception and current behaviors of cardiologists

+ Designing omnichannel materials

+ Leading the training for Reps focusing on CV in collaboration with medical team

+ Integrating and communicating with key stakeholders in cardiology key medical societies

+ Collaborating country brand teams and supporting CBT with professional knowledge on cardiology area

+ Assessing positioning and adoption ladder status of cardiology and preparing monthly KPI meeting

+ Setting up market research for understand customer needs and performance tracking

+ Managing team budgets for CV in collaboration with CV marketing team members

+ Applying best practice project management to Amgen marketing processes

+ Complying with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Amgen activities

**Qualifications**

+ At least 3~5 years of overall marketing and/or sales experience in pharma industry (+3 years of marketing experience in biopharma industry preferred)

+ CV TA experience preferred

+ MNC experience preferred

+ Experience working on disease education programs or promotional teams

+ Previous experience working with non-sales force promotional channels and digital marketing tactics

+ Demonstrated ability to work cross-functional team

+ Experience producing business results

+ Experience working with external opinion leaders

+ Experience managing external partners such as agencies

+ Record of demonstrating excellent organizational skills

+ Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, Good command of English

+ Impeccable ethics and integrity
