The Product Specialist Clinical Automation Laboratory for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics collaborates in the preparation of automation projects, is responsible for commissioning of technology and introduction into routine practice (setup, application, customer training, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting) after installation of laboratory automation products including analysers at customer site, in accordance with customer contracts. This position and will be fully remote with scope for entire territory of Czech Republic.

You will be a part of the Sales and Application Team and report to the Application Specialist Manager, responsible for managing opportunities, projects, installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter products in Czechia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Provide on-site and on-line product and application support to the customer at the product expert level.

+ Provide product and application support to the customer at the level of laboratory operations expert consultation.

+ Provide support to the customer in the implementation of automated operations.

+ Design/implement appropriate workflow solutions for laboratory operations.

+ Provide On-site support for the necessary time during the transition to a new, automated, solution.

+ Monitor low supply, instrument orders and other indicators to ensure customer satisfaction.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

+ Master’s degree in clinical chemistry, Biomedicine, Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology

+ 3+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory, experience with laboratory automation is an advantage

+ A self-motivated individual who has an enthusiastic approach to customer service and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills also ability to travel for 85% of time is required, infrequent international travel is possible

+ Very good command of spoken and written English and Czech
