The Regional Marketing Specialist – Diagnostics for Cytiva is responsible for growing market share and business revenue in the EMEA region.

This position is part of the business unit / OpCo Marketing team and will be fully remote with regular travel within EMEA. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Own the regional marketing plan and lead generation program in EMEA, deploying successful marketing campaigns and taking ownership of the implementation from ideation to execution.

· Independently plan, organize, and execute regional tradeshows, webinars, seminars. Measure ROI from events and develop programs to nurture and convert leads to sales opportunities.

· Collaborate with transformative marketing partner and commercial team members to brainstorm, develop and create assets to drive demand generation in the region.

· Review monthly KPI’s (MQLs, SQLs, and other marketing metrics) – implement countermeasures and PSPs to achieve annual marketing revenue.

· Build a network of key opinion leaders in the region

· Support the commercial team with prospecting activities bringing strategic insight and rigor to the process

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, relevant Life Sciences discipline, or Engineering.

· Experience in a marketing or sales customer facing role in the Life Sciences Industry, including planning, developing and executing customer events or marketing tactics, with the ability to communicate effectively, present, analyze and use data to drive improvement and problem solve.

· Experience managing marketing projects such as content development, campaigns, or events with knowledge of the marketing funnel through to sale process.

· communication, collaboration, coaching, team building and influencing skills with proven ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a matrixed environment (empowering others to lead).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· The latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing and measurement.
