Role and Responsibilities
The role of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to support Quality Management System and to co-ordinate the monitoring and measurement. It also must ensure documentation of all the activities comply with Beckman Coulter policies and procedures & Shared OPCOs requirements.
Job Requirements Include:
+ Support local Quality Management System
+ Co-ordinate for local management reviews initiated by Beckman Coulter in relation to Shared OPCOs.
+ Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits & 3PL audits.
+ Monitor QA key performance indicators in relation to the Shared OPCOs.
+ Co-ordinate for the Corrective and Preventive action process with Shared OPCOs QA.
+ Customer Complaint Analysis for OPCOs
+ Support the for-quality practices and Company procedures into the local processes.
+ Support & Co-ordinate for the local quality documentation
+ Support the Supplier Management Process
+ Support for launching of Quality Documentation in Doc Control Systems
Qualifications and Education Requirements
+ Technical / life science background
+ Previous experience in Quality / use of Quality tools
+ Certified auditor for ISO 9001 / 13485
Preferred Skills
+ Good communication skills and very good command of English language – spoken, written.
+ Analytical, problem solving oriented, detail oriented.
+ Adaptability to work under time pressure.
+ A working knowledge of business processes is required, particularly in IVD commercial activities, Distributors and Quality processes.
+ Ability to work closely with cross functional departments mainly operations and commercial.
