**Position Location:** This role is hybrid remote/in-office and supports our Buffalo Grove, IL branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater Chicago, IL area.

The successful candidate will be leading a team of electrical engineers, providing work direction and mentorship, in addition to electrical engineering development work.
**As a Senior Electrical Engineer, Team Lead, you will:**
+ Lead and mentor team members in all aspects of the electrical product development processes.
+ Complete the product development process from concepts to final production release in our on-site factory
+ Align resources against varied tasks; new product development, customer support, procurement support, factory support.
+ Provide day-to-day work direction and technical support as needed
**You will make an impact with these qualifications:**
_Basic Qualifications:_
+ Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
+ 5+ years of electrical hardware development experience
+ 2+ years of people management experience
+ Familiarity with commercial HVAC control components; controllers, actuators, sensors
+ Proven track record of managing development teams
+ Ability to use personal computers and software tools, working knowledge of PCB development tool sets, business software, PLM and ERP toolsets
+ 5% travel may be required
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
_Preferred Qualifications:_
+ BSEE
+ Working knowledge of Siemens Xpedition PCB development tool set
+ Working knowledge of Siemens TeamCenter, SAP and IBM Jazz
+ Experience in EMC testing, prototype build and test, and other hands-on environments

The pay range for this position is $92,320 – $158,263 annually with a target incentive of 8% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
