Your responsibilities
For the development of new innovative solutions we are looking for a Senior FPGA Developer (m/f/d) within our Research & Development department.
- Digital hardware design with FPGAs (VHDL/HLS)
- Development and test of high-speed interfaces for image processing
- Development of new features and concepts in the embedded vision area with FPGAs
- Module verification in hardware and using HDL testbenches
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Support in the development of new device platforms
- Selection and qualification as well as customization of off-the-shelf components
Your qualifications
- Very good university degree in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, physics or comparable qualifications
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in the field of digital circuit development with FPGAs
- Experience with embedded software development is an advantage
- Profound knowledge in control engineering and software programming (C/C++) is an advantage
- Experience in working with external service providers

- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving oriented work style
- Interest in interdisciplinary research and development and affinity and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
