POSITION SUMMARY:

Promote sales of research Flow, Centrifuge & lab automation business in his/her assigned region and execute sales plans and strategies to improve the sales of Flow, Centrifuge & lab automation with channel partners in the territory. Work closely with all employees to achieve annual sales goals.

Leverage a close understanding of the market and customers needs to create, implement, and measure impact of local Korea demand generation initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Work with Channel Partners to promote research Flow, Centrifuge & lab Automation products in Korea market, especially research and pharma industry. Achieve annual sales goal and manage sales forecast. Manage all sales opportunities by updating CRM (SFDC). Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with channel partners and customers in the territory. Closely monitor market trends and competitors’ activities, develop, and execute sales strategies to explore new opportunities. Implement and utilize Danaher Business System to optimize the work process and enhance productivity. Develop and expand customer relationships to generate business opportunities. Develop and acquire strategic key accounts as well as key orders. Submit monthly report, activity plan and sales forecast on time. Teamwork with other employees to achieve customer satisfaction. Implementation and Support of related additional responsibilities assigned by manager. Work with local Korea team to extract and analyze data from SFDC to provide insight into sales performance, based on funnel management.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Biotech or Science related field.

Working Experience:

+ At least 3 years experiences in life sciences industry

Required Skills

+ Ability to manage key accounts and channel partners in his/her assigned territory.

+ Ability to promote his/her assigned products with expertise in company products.

+ Good communication skils between internal and external teams.

+ Offer solutions and achieve sales targets.

+ Ability to achieve customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

+ Experience in lab automation sales, marketing, or field application.

+ Proficient using SFDC CRM.

+ Work experience in MNC preferred.

+ Learn customers needs and meet customer requirements.

+ Fast learning and Self-driven to develop expertise to expand repertoire of skills.

+ Excellent English skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
