**About the Job**
We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative **Senior** **Solutions** **MarketingManager** **– Education** to lead go-to-market strategies and
drive successful product launches for our Education vertical portfolio, which
serves K-12 public and private schools, as well as higher education.
Reporting into product management, you’ll partner closely
with cross‑functional teams across North America—including marketing, sales,
enablement, strategy, training, and services—to bring solutions to market and
drive adoption.
This role is well suited for someone who works effectively
in fast‑paced environments, enjoys translating complex solutions into clear,
actionable messaging, and focuses on equipping sales teams and engaging
customers to achieve measurable outcomes.
**What you will do**
+ Developand execute strategic marketing plans for new product launches andenhancements.
+ Partnerwith product management and cross‑functional collaborators to influenceinitiatives throughout the New Solution Introduction (NSI) process.
+ Createclear and compelling positioning, value propositions, and messagingtailored to education buyer personas, use cases, and market needs.
+ Applymarket trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to informstrategy, prioritization, and messaging decisions.
+ Partnerwith marketing teams to produce high-impact campaigns and content such asblogs, white papers, and customer stories.
+ Partnerwith sales enablement to develop bill of materials (BOM) that includescompelling pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, and product sheets.
+ Presentrecommendations and insights to senior and executive partners, translatingproduct value into business impact.
**What you need**
+ Bachelor’sdegree and 8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
+ Experiencemarketing or selling solutions to education-focused facilities,infrastructure, asset and operations management, and/or capital planningsoftware.
+ Solidunderstanding of SaaS business models and go‑to‑market execution.
+ Experiencedeveloping product marketing strategies that support growth with new andexisting clients.
+ Abilityto manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and achievedesired outcomes.
+ Demonstratedability to develop product positioning and messaging frameworks.
+ Clearand concise written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strongpresentation skills a requirement, including presenting to seniorleadership.
+ Location:Fully remote in USA
