The **Service** **Portfolio Manager is r** esponsible for harmonizing and commercializing digital service portfolio across business segments, and with the software offering portfolio. Ensures consistent commercialization, pricing, positioning, purchasing mechanisms and operational execution. You’ll act as the primary interface between LC US and the service stakeholders of the SW and Digital Services TU to accelerate adoption, scalability and market success of service offerings.
**As a Service Portfolio Manager, you will:**
+ Drive consistency of Digital Service offerings across all U.S. business segments, direct and indirect channels.
+ Ensure offerings are positioned, sold, contracted, priced and executed through a standardized approach
+ Eliminate segment-specific variations that create customer confusion, operational inefficiencies or barriers to scale.
+ Maintain alignment to the Global Service Portfolio Framework while adapting offerings to meet U.S. market requirements.
SW & Digital Service TU Liaison and Market Readiness:
+ Act as primary U.S. interface with service stakeholders of the SW and Digital Services TU
+ Evaluate new digital service offerings and guide adaptation for U.S. market needs
+ Provide structured feedback regarding market requirements, purchasing preferences, pricing models and customer adoption challenges.
+ Accelerate go to market readiness and scalable deployment of new digital offerings.
+ Coordinate consistent U.S. launch strategies through One Launch Process and U.S. PRP process
+ Champion TU productization characteristics for the LC US business.
+ Standardize proposal language, service agreement structures, estimating methodologies, and workflows, L2 pricing understanding, purchasing processes, GSPF adoption and DSC engagement processes.
**You will make an impact with these qualifications:**
_Basic Qualifications:_
+ 10+ years of service experience in the building automation industry
+ Field service sales and operations experience
+ Must be able to demonstrate:
+ Ability to effectively work with and influence cross-functional teams
+ Business and financial acumen
+ Advanced knowledge of sales processes (capture, renewals, commission plan, etc)
+ Digital and innovative mindset with understanding of how to apply technology to enable service
+ Ability to travel – 15%
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
_Preferred Qualifications:_
+ BS/BA in engineering or related discipline

The pay range for this position is $135,303 – $231,948 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
