+ Service contracts’ follow up to be done with customers/end-user to get service contracts achieved and materialized.

+ Explaining benefits to customers of entering into / renewing the service contracts.

+ C oordinate with BC field teams for service contracts achievement; apart from interaction / communication with customers.

+ Preparation of Service Contract proposals and sending the same to customers/BC field teams.

+ Working with Service Admin Team member/s for data compilation; basis on which service contracts follow up to be done.

the CW should have good communications skills both written and spoken as well.
