Our **Service Coordinators** coordinate the delivery of onsite and remote service activities for our customers from the initial demand creation through delivery and close-out **.** As a Service Coordinator, you ensure customer expectations and commitments are met for all services by scheduling and dispatching resources.

**_This is a hybrid role,_** _with a schedule of two to three days in office after full training is completed. The position will begin with approximately 3 months of full-time, in-office training (5 days per week)._

**As a Service Coordinator, you will:**   

+ Handle incoming service requests via phone or email, resulting in a service work order and scheduled or dispatched personnel

+ Schedule service technicians to support standard service level agreements

+ Prepare and lead weekly scheduling and Work in Progress (WIP) meetings with Operations Managers and the Client Service Managers on-site

+ Act as primary point of contact for service customers to ensure service requests are met

+ Handle decisions regarding the scheduling and movement of resources and material based on the nature of service calls, urgency, contractual obligation, and availability of service technicians

+ Order and track parts and subcontractors in support of maintenance plans and service calls using the service scheduling platform

+ Evaluate time-and-material (T&M) service orders for completed costs and scope of work; process invoices in accordance with standard billing practices

+ Proactively follow up with customers after completion of service to ensure a high level of satisfaction with the quality of work performed

+ Support, inform, prioritize, and coordinate activities and resources across branch offices

+ Other duties as assigned by the Regional Operations Center Supervisor

**You will make an impact with these qualifications:**  

_Basic Qualifications:_   

+ High school diploma or state-recognized GED

+ Must have the ability to demonstrate:

+ Organizational and interpersonal skills

+ The ability to read and understand customer service contracts

+ Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems (e.g., SAP)

+ Experience dispatching/scheduling field personnel/technicians

+ Verbal and written communication skills in English

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

_Preferred Qualifications:_   

+ Associate degree

+ Familiarity or experience with Fire Alarms/Sprinklers, Security Systems, HVAC, or a similar industry is a plus

+ Comfortable with ordering parts and ensuring availability for service or project needs

The pay range for this position is $34,986 – $59,976 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
