**What you will do**

This role supports the Contracts & Pricing Execution Center of Excellence (COE) team in Amgen India by executing AIN-based analytics and reporting activities, including dashboards, recurring reporting, data quality review, documentation, and reporting automation. Reporting to the Manager, Contracts & Pricing Execution COE Delivery Hub, the Senior Associate will play a hands-on role in delivering accurate, timely, and well-documented analytics outputs that support CPE stakeholders.

As part of the continued build-out of the Amgen India CPE Delivery Hub, the Senior Associate will partner with the AIN Manager and US-based business-facing leads to understand requirements, complete assigned work, identify data or process issues, and support improvements that strengthen recurring reporting and analytics delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

_Analytics & Reporting Execution_

+ Execute assigned dashboard, reporting, and analytics activities supporting the CPE Center of Excellence.

+ Prepare, refresh, and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, KPI outputs, and related analytics deliverables.

+ Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and validation steps to support accurate reporting outputs.

+ Document reporting logic, data sources, business rules, assumptions, and known limitations.

+ Support dashboard and report enhancements based on prioritized requirements from the AIN Manager and US-based leads.

_Requirements, Handoffs & Stakeholders Support_

+ Partner with the AIN Manager and US-based leads to clarify assigned requirements, timelines, and expected outputs.

+ Translate defined requirements into clear analytical steps, reporting updates, or documentation actions.

+ Communicate status, questions, risks, and data issues clearly and in a timely manner.

+ Support smooth handoffs to US-based leads for business review and validation.

+ Maintain clear documentation of open items, decisions, and follow-up actions related to assigned work.

_Reporting Automation & Process Improvement_

+ Contribute to standardization and automation of recurring reporting and analytics activities.

+ Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and strengthen documentation quality.

+ Support development and maintenance of templates, trackers, reporting documentation, and repeatable ways of working.

+ Apply continuous improvement thinking to assigned analytics, reporting, and documentation activities.

_Quality, Controls & Documentation_

+ Follow established documentation standards, control expectations, and approved ways of working.

+ Maintain organized work plans, evidence, and supporting documentation for applicable reporting and analytics activities.

+ Support audit readiness through accurate documentation, evidence collection, and timely response to requests.

+ Escalate data quality, control, process, or timeline risks to the AIN Manager.

+ Ensure assigned work is completed with accuracy, consistency, and appropriate attention to detail.

_Collaboration & Team Contribution_

+ Work collaboratively with AIN Delivery Hub team members supporting analytics, systems coordination, documentation, and governance activities.

+ Support cross-training and knowledge sharing across recurring reports, dashboards, data sources, and reporting processes.

+ Contribute to a team culture focused on accountability, curiosity, quality, continuous improvement, and Amgen Values.

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of experience in analytics, business operations, sales operations, finance, information systems, commercial operations, or a related business role within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated environment.

+ Experience working with data, dashboards, recurring reporting, documentation, or business process support.

+ Experience using Excel, AI, and reporting or visualization tools to analyze, validate, summarize, or present data.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience supporting US pharmaceutical commercial operations, contracts and pricing operations, sales operations, or related business operations in a regulated or highly controlled environment.

+ Experience managing dashboard and report delivery, recurring reporting support, data quality review, and reporting automation.

+ Experience working with commercial or revenue management platforms such as Model N, or with comparable business systems requiring structured issue tracking and release coordination.

+ Working knowledge of SOP governance, audit support, evidence retention, and internal control expectations.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear deliverables.

+ Experience working with distributed teams supporting US-based stakeholders.

+ Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting, visualization or AI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Codex or similar platforms.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivery quality.
