ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Description:

In this vital role you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Oder to Cash solutions (Order management, Billing, Invoice management, distribution and logistics) across all the Amgen clinical manufacturing and distribution sites. This role focuses on leveraging SAP technologies to streamline and enhance clinical OTC processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. As an SAP Clinical Solution architect, you will work closely with operations IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and configure solutions, and provide post-implementation support. This position requires deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution with a good understanding of SD integration with WM/EWM, TM and Shipping functionalities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Design, configuration, andimplementationofSAP S/4 HANAClinicalOTC processes(Ordermanagement,billing, invoice management,distributionandlogistics)
+ Ensure seamless integration between SAPS/4 modulesMM, FI, PP, TM,ATTP,GTS, EAS,Ariba,and EWM)as well asnon-SAP systems for planning,qualityand manufacturing (Example – MES, IRT, IVRS and Anaplan)
+ Conduct architectural reviews and assessments toidentifypotential risks and recommend mitigation strategies
+ Creation and maintenanceofcriticaldocumentation such astechnicalassessments, configuration specs,functional designs, test cases, and user manuals. Ensure compliance withpharmaceuticalindustry standards and regulations.
+ Participate in ERPimplementation projects, including blueprinting, gap analysis, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
+ Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver and sustain Amgen’s S/4HANA ecosystemutilizingthe Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
+ Develop innovative solutions that drive speed to value via AI/ML and leadingpractices
Basic Qualifications and Experience:
+ Doctorate degree OR
+ Master’s degree in computer science or STEM majors and1to3years of SAPimplementationexperience in SAP S/4SDOR
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM majors and3to5years of SAPimplementation experience in SAP S/4SDOR
+ Diploma in computer science or STEM majors and7to9years of IT oryears of SAPimplementation experience in SAP S/4SD
Functional Skills:
**Must-Have Skills:**
+ Strong hands-onexperience configuring and customizingsales, delivery & billing document types and Item categories, contracts and pricing, ATP, export controls, output determination, credit Management, EDI/IDOCintegration with 3PL’s, Interand Intra company STO’s. Experience with S/4HANA Advance intercompanySTO and Sales process
+ Good understanding of SAP Fiori,ABAPand BTP technologies
+ Ability to design and implement solutions based on business requirements, includingdebugging and root cause analysis.
+ Experience in creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications,test cases, and compliance reports.
**Good-to-Have Skills:**
+ Knowledge ofSAP S/4 Inboundlogisticsand warehouse management process, Transportation management.
+ Experience withintegrating SAPwith Ariba supplier collaboration, IBP or Kinaxis supply and demand planning system.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software delivery and process improvement.
Professional Certifications:
+ SAP Certified Application AssociateinSAPS/4 Hana Sales and Distribution
+ Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred)

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Shift Information:
This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening shift, as required based on business requirements.
