The Sr. Manager, Commercial AI Business Process is responsible for driving the adoption, scale, and success of Commercial AI initiatives within our individual Danaher operating companies. This person will be a change agent, building relationships and driving value leveraging AI throughout the company. The Commercial AI Business Process leader will work closely with the central AI leadership team and the Commercial AI Initiative Leader to ensure AI use cases are effectively designed and deployed to deliver incremental revenue for the business.

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Commercial & Digital AI and is part of the Danaher Life Sciences Customer Experience & Commerce Team and will be fully remote based in the United States.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Lead the implementation and execution of AI use cases within commercial sales and marketing teams.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and support for AI initiatives.

+ Gather use case and AI business requirements and mobilize and coordinate with cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful AI deployment.

+ Measure the impact of AI initiatives, focusing on incremental revenue and business value.

+ Act as the key liaison between the operating company and central AI leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

+ 10+ years of combined experience in commercial sales, marketing, or digital roles, with exposure to AI/ML or data-driven initiatives.

+ Proven experience managing and implementing AI/ML or data science projects in a commercial environment.

+ Proficiency with data management platforms, AI/ML technologies, and marketing technology systems (e.g., CDPs, CRMs).

+ Industry experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within life sciences, technology, or similar sectors.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

+ Ability to travel – travel up to 25% of the time globally

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Experience working with AI/ML platforms and tools such as OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, or other commercial AI solutions.

+ Previous involvement in implementing AI use cases within B2B sectors like life sciences, biotech, healthcare, or technology.

+ Familiarity with change management frameworks or methodologies for driving digital transformation initiatives.

The annual salary range for this role is $170,000 – $190,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
