**Job Description**
We are looking for a **SSRS Developer** with strong expertise in SQL and data visualization tools. This position will be f **ull-time** and **onsite** from **Bengaluru.**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Utilize coding/scripting skills on databases like SQL and data tools to develop scalable and maintainable reports and dashboards
+ Ensure code quality through unit testing, debugging, and documentation practices
+ Identify performance bottlenecks in data processing and analytics workflows and optimize code, algorithms, and infrastructure to enhance scalability, speed, and efficiency
+ Implement parallel processing, caching mechanisms, and other optimization techniques as required
+ Provide tier 3+ support for in-group and out-of-group customers
+ Make safe changes to production systems, including OS, databases, and application
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database changes and enhancements with application requirements
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics, big data, and related technologies
+ Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and improve data and analytics capabilities
**What You’ll Need**
Required:
+ Proven experience as a BI Reports Developer, software engineer, or data engineer with a focus on SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
+ B Tech/BE in Computer Science degree
+ Expert-level database querying capability to build and track complex KPIs on SQL
+ Working experience on SQL databases
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn independently
Preferred:
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools such as SAP BO, Power BI, or similar
+ Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their data services
+ Experience with Databricks, Python scripting, or Grafana

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings
