Join our team as a System Test Engineer in Johnson City, TN, where you’ll be instrumental in system-wide and product-oriented testing across the Siemens Factory Automation ecosystem.

**We are looking for a System Test Engineer. This role will be located in Johnson City, TN.**
**As a System Test Engineer, you’ll make an impact by:**
+ Validating industrial automation products and systems.
+ Automating workflows where possible to improve efficiency and repeatability.
+ Documenting test procedures.
+ Recording and reporting test results.
+ Reproducing customer reported problems and supporting R&D in resolving.
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ 2+ years experience in verification/validation or quality assurance within industrial or automation environments.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt testing strategies to evolving requirements.
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in system testing, validation, and quality assurance within industrial or automation environments.
+ Experience with industrial protocols such as OPC UA, PROFINET, industrial safety (Profisafe).
+ Experience with TIA Portal/Step7, S7-PLCSIM, WINCC.
+ Experience with programming in high level languages (e.g., C, C#, C++, Python).
+ Experience with PLC programming (e.g., LAD, SCL).
+ ISTQB/ASTQB certificate#LI-VM1
