The Technical Solution Designer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for quantify the value of Beckman solution over the competitors to achieve a premium price and deliver analysis (TCO, workflow, Lean studies) together with a laboratory solution design and layout.

This position is part of the Automation and IT Team located in São Paulo/SP and will hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Automation and IT Team and report to the Automation and IT Manager responsible for quantify the value of Beckman solution over the competitors to achieve a premium price and deliver analysis (TCO, workflow, Lean studies) together with a laboratory solution design and layout If you thrive in an amazing role and want to work to build a world-class Automation and IT Team organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Interact with Laboratory Stakeholders

+ Deliver TCO – Total Cost of Ownership Analysis

+ Design solution and laboratory layouts

+ Technical Scoring Criteria

The essential requirements of the job include

+ Graduated in Engineering or related courses

+ Autocad and 3D Studio experience

+ 4 or more years of experience in Solution Design (Workflow study, LEAN, Six Sigma)

+ Clinical Laboratory solution design and layout

+ TCO Analysis / LIS Data Analysis

+ Business Oriented

+ Communication skills

+ Office package and visio

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Healthcare companies
