To accelerate our growth and extend our market leadership, we are expanding our Demo Engineering and Evangelist Team, a global group dedicated to creating content, demos, and training that educate both the market and our internal teams about the power of low-code.

As a UX Evangelist, you will combine creativity, design expertise, and front-end skill to craft visually stunning and intuitive demo applications that bring the Mendix story to life. You will collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure every demo delivers a seamless, user-focused experience that highlights the full potential of Mendix.

Role Responsibilities:

+ Design, prototype, and build engaging front-end experiences for Mendix demo applications.

+ Define and implement UX/UI best practices across all demos, ensuring consistent quality and accessibility.

+ Collaborate with Evangelists, Designers, and Developers to create cohesive and visually compelling demo experiences.

+ Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems in Mendix.

+ Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align demo designs with messaging and strategic goals.

+ Contribute to UX-focused content such as blog posts, internal presentations, or design guidelines for the wider Mendix community.

+ Stay current on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve demo experiences.

You’re the innovator we need if you have:

+ Proven experience in UX/UI design and front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

+ Experience building applications in Mendix or other low-code platforms is essential.

+ Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

+ Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar) and the ability to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

+ A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for user experience and design excellence.
