**We are looking for a Sales Coordinator – Program Customers** . This position is remote within the United States, with occasional travel.
**You’ll make an impact by:**
+ Coordinating program customer proposals, securing orders, and ensuring accurate, timely processing across the sales and execution lifecycle
+ Partnering with Sales, Equipment, and Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through ongoing support
+ Serving as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, driving alignment on program-related service activities and priorities
+ Supporting start-up and service delivery by aligning scope, scheduling, and ensuring smooth handoffs between teams
+ Identifying and advancing upsell opportunities, including service agreements, spare parts, training, and equipment upgrades
+ Maintaining clear communication and visibility of customer activities, pipeline, and forecasts through collaboration tools and CRM systems
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
_Basic Qualifications:_
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 2+ years of experience in electrical or industrial sales, project coordination, project management, or execution support
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both commercial and technical teams
+ Proficiency using digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook
+ Ability to travel to customer sites in the United States a few times per year
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
_Preferred Qualifications:_
+ Experience supporting complex or program-based customer accounts
+ Familiarity with electrical equipment, automation, or industrial solutions
+ Experience supporting or upselling service-based offerings such as service contracts, spare parts, training, or retrofits
+ Comfortable working in a remote environment with distributed teams
