The Field Coach Trainer is a strategic partner to the Retail organization, dedicated to elevating client experience, nurturing talent and driving sustainable business performance across the store network.

Through a strong presence in stores and a coaching first approach, this role inspires Client Advisors and Store Leaders to embody the Tiffany & Co. promise, translating learning into behaviours that create exceptional client experiences and measurable commercial impact.

The Field Coach Trainer champions a culture of continuous development, retail excellence and leadership growth, fostering high performing teams that consistently exceed expectations.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**Drive Retail Excellence**

+ Partner with Retail Leadership to translate business priorities into impactful learning and coaching strategies

+ Support stores in achieving sales objectives through targeted coaching interventions

+ Elevate the Tiffany Client Experience by reinforcing luxury selling behaviours and service excellence

+ Foster a culture where learning becomes a daily practice embedded in the client journey

**Coach and Develop Talent**

+ Spend the majority of time in stores, providing on the floor coaching that transforms knowledge into performance (at least 80% of time to the field)

+ Observe, inspire and develop Client Advisors through personalized coaching plans

+ Empower Store Leaders to become effective people developers and multipliers of learning

+ Celebrate strengths while identifying growth opportunities that unlock individual and team potential

**Build Strategic Partnerships**

+ Create proactive and trusted partnerships with Retail Learning Managers, Store Managers and Retail Leaders

+ Co-design coaching priorities aligned with business needs and talent development goals

+ Contribute to the Quarterly Retail Learning roadmap and monthly learning calendars

+ Ensure continuous communication and alignment across the Retail Learning ecosystem

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ 5 years of training & development experience (luxury brand or luxury service industry)

+ Retail Leadership experience

+ Proven track record with an effective coaching approach

+ Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills

+ Empowers team and holds self & others accountable

+ Fosters a learning environment and mindset

+ Embraces challenges and encourages others to do so.

+ Confident in taking initiative and identifying the appropriate course of action

+ Ability to interact with all levels of employees and diverse teams

+ Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

+ Willingness to travel as needed

+ Fluent in Turkish and English, a third language is a plus
