**About the Job**

As the Campaign Marketing Manager for Education, you will be
a critical driver of our growth strategy, responsible for understanding the
unique needs and opportunities within the Education segment. The role is a
strategic partner to our marketing and sales organizations, developing and
implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to generate
high-quality pipeline, cultivate opportunities, and ultimately contribute
directly to revenue growth. This role requires a blend of critical thinking,
hands-on campaign execution, and a deep commitment to measurable results.

**What you will do**

**Strategic Campaign Development:**

+ Designand develop comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g.,digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, events,social media) tailored to the vertical’s target audience.

+ Identifycompelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with thespecific needs and challenges of customers in education.

+ Collaboratewith digital marketing, product marketing, and our reputation marketingteams to ensure alignment of campaign strategy and execution.

**Sales Partnership & Enablement:**

+ Workclosely with the sales teams (including business development) tounderstand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities, ensuringmarketing efforts directly support sales objectives and span the journeyfrom.

+ Act asa trusted advisor to sales, providing market insights, reporting, andcampaign updates spanning acquisition and expansion objectives.

**Campaign Execution & Management:**

+ Leadall aspects of the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, workingwith internal creative teams, external agencies, and marketing operations.

+ Managecampaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

+ Ensureall marketing activities align with brand guidelines and regulatoryrequirements.

+ Partnerwith third parties to amplify the Brightly message when applicable.

**Performance Measurement & Optimization:**

+ Deliverclear benchmarks and metrics for all campaigns, focusing on leadgeneration, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenueattribution. You’ll architect the annual metrics plan across funnel stagesbased on business objectives.

+ Analyzeand forecast the expected performance of planned marketing programsquarterly, with monthly adjustments to align campaign goals with salestargets and overall business objectives. Continuously monitor and optimizekey performance indicators (KPIs) to improve campaign effectiveness.

+ Use ofmarketing analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaignperformance, providing actionable insights.

+ Continuouslytest, learn, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights toimprove return on investment and achieve targets.

+ Presentregular performance reports and strategic recommendations tocollaborators, including sales leadership and the CMO

**What you need**

**Minimum Requirements:**

**Education & Certifications:**

+ Bachelor’sdegree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relatedfield; MBA or Master’s preferred; certifications in digital marketing,analytics, or marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo)are a plus.

**Experience:**

+ 3-5years in B2B SaaS marketing; experience with Enterprise Asset Management,Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software or educationindustry marketing is advantageous.
