We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager, SAP Sales and Distribution with expertise in Order Management, specifically SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. As the Manager, Sales and Service Systems of Order Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing technology solutions related to the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process within SAP ECC and SAP S/4. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, logistics, finance, and other IT units, to align technology strategies with overall business objectives and drive successful S/4 implementation projects. You will be working with an experienced internal IT team and an opportunity for driving up S/4 implementation from planning until Go Live.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team focusing on Order Management and SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, to ensure the effective use of technology in supporting the end-to-end O2C process.

+ Lead and oversee the implementation of SAP S/4 for Order Management, specifically focusing on the Order-to-Cash process, including project planning, resource allocation, system configuration, testing, and user training.

+ Oversee the design and optimization of sales order management workflows within SAP, including quoting, order creation, pricing, availability checks, credit management, invoicing and delivery processing.

+ Help define and implement reporting and analytics capabilities within SAP and our SAC & business intelligence system to provide actionable insights on Order-to-Cash performance, customer behavior, and sales trends.

+ Manage relationships with implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

+ Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while ensuring a high level of performance and collaboration.

+ Collaborate with IT leads and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design SAP solutions that align with business needs. Develop architecture diagrams and technical design documents.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree or above.

+ 3+ Years experience in IT management roles, with 8 plus years of experience focus on technology solutions for Order Management and hands-on experience. Experience with SAP S/4 would be added advantage, specifically in the area of Order-to-Cash (O2C).

+ In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes within SAP, including sales order management, pricing, availability checks, credit management, delivery processing, billing, and invoicing.

+ Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high-performance goals.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including sales, customer service, logistics, and finance teams.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex Order-to-Cash issues and drive process improvements.

+ Experience is EDI, IDOCs and various interface techniques.

Travel requirements:

+ Up to 20% travel including international.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $135,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
