**We are looking for a Partner Success Manager. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental, United States.**
**You’ll Make an Impact By:**
+ Define value-based bundles consisting of cross-portfolio offerings based on customer demand in alignment with internal stakeholders.
+ Drive partner success and market adoption of Siemens’ differentiating solutions within the Land and Expand framework
+ Develop scalable go-to-market strategies and Sales Plays for SMBs and large enterprises around our innovative digital offerings.
+ Simplify buying journeys for our customers and enable scalable commercialization and co-selling with partners
+ Support enablement efforts with messaging and pricing focusing on value and solution selling.
+ Refine offers based on customer and partner feedback as well as market insights to continuous improve of partner offerings
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years experience in solution marketing and GTM strategy.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
+ Excellent cross-functional collaboration and structured communication skills with a focus on customer success
+ Knowledge of SaaS, automation, digital commercialization and digital business models.
+ Customer- and partner-centric mindset with ability to simplify complex offerings and creating win-win situations
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with partner ecosystems and indirect sales.
+ Previous experience in customer success management
+ MBA or advanced degree in marketing or business.
