**We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to join our Electrification and Automation (EA) and Protection and Automation (P&A) team. The position is hybrid, based in Wendell, NC, with an expectation of 2–3 days per week in the office.**

**You’ll make a difference by:**

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful execution in a dynamic, matrix-style organization. This role offers significant growth opportunities aligned with Siemens’ mission to foster a growth mindset.

+ Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.

+ Manage the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s).

+ Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.

+ Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

+ Lead and drive multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams, including engineering, operations, vendor management, logistics and services to ensure successful project execution.

+ Provide regular updates to team, management, and PMO on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status.

+ Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

+ Proactive Risk identification and Mitigation.

+ Manage customer expectations across project cycle and lead single and multi-product medium voltage solutions projects.

+ Direct diagnostics with the ability to determine root cause and corrective actions.

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**

**_Basic Qualifications:_**

+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.

+ 3+ years hands-on project management expertise including contract management and P&L responsibility

+ Expertise with Microsoft Office and specifically Microsoft Project

+ Valid US Driver’s License

+ Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

**_Preferred Qualifications:_**

+ Degree or training in mechanical or electrical engineering

+ Experience in the power distribution industry managing medium voltage portfolios.

+ PMP certification

+ Basic knowledge and understanding of power distribution; ability to read and understand basic electrical drawings and customer specifications.

+ Experience in identifying and implementing cost savings measures within project

+ Commitment to develop, drive, and manage projects in a highly competitive market

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate progress, status and issues to internal and external Customers

+ Ability to interpret and report results to senior management as well as customer

+ Demonstrated ability in contract and change management.
