**What you will do**

The Pharmaceutical Sales Manager plays an integral role in the healthcare sector by overseeing the promotion and distribution of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and facilities. This position involves strategizing sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring that the team meets its sales targets. By maintaining a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical products, market trends, and regulatory requirements, the manager ensures that the team is equipped to provide valuable information to healthcare providers. Through effective leadership and strategic planning, the Pharmaceutical Sales Manager supports the goal of improving patient care by facilitating access to the approval pharmaceutical treatments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.

+ Lead, train, and manage a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives, including setting sales targets and monitoring performance.

+ Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, to promote product awareness.

+ Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance.

+ Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences.

+ Negotiate contracts with pharmacies and healthcare facilities to secure product listings and favorable terms.

+ Oversee inventory levels and distribution logistics to ensure product availability aligns with sales strategies.

+ Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements**

+ >3 years track-record of success in pharmaceutical selling

+ Demonstrated leadership abilities

+ Fluency in local language and English, both in oral and written communication

**Preferred Requirements**

+ Proven experience of managing a sales team

+ Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences

+ Relative experience in Hematology / Oncology

+ Experience in interacting with various disciplines and organizational levels
