**Sales & Marketing Effectiveness Mgr**

**Key Responsibilities**

This is a critical role within the SFE team to support BU business performance and sales planning

Key Activities

Work as SFE BP to facilitate BU business operation and strategy, including but not limited to,

Perform business analysis and diagnosis on business performance, independently provide business insight and recommendation by data-driven manner

Design field force structure and deployment plan, experience in portfolio management is preferred

Independent strategic thinking in business planning

Experience in incentive design, simulation as well as document prepration

Ad-hoc assignment by function leader

**Key Activities**

**Qualification**

+ 3+ years of directly related work experience in pharmaceutical industry.

+ Bachelor degree or above

+ Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, good communication skills, initiative, strong pressure resistance ability

+ Mature & self-motivated

+ Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

+ Fluent Chinese and English – both written and oral

+ This is a critical role within the SFE team to support design and analyze sales incentive plan and assist to sales planning cycle.
