The Sales Development Program (SDP) at Smart Infrastructure Buildings is a structured, early-career development experience designed to prepare participants for a Sales Executive role in the building automation, fire, and security industry. This program combines technical training, sales skill development, cohort learning, and hands-on local area experience to accelerate readiness for a customer-facing sales position. Participants will gain exposure to Siemens’ portfolio, sales processes, tools, and customer engagement strategies while building strong business and technical foundations.
**What** **You’ll** **Do** **: **
+ Participate in structured technical and sales training
+ Engage in cohort learning sessions and program assignments
+ Completearea-based learning activities and job shadowing
+ Build foundational knowledge of building automation, fire, and/orsecurity solutions
+ Learn Siemens sales processes, tools, and CRM systems
+ Support sales teams with customer research, proposals, and opportunity development
+ Present learnings and progress throughout the program
+ Collaborate with mentors, managers, and program leaders

Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technical studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ Interest in technical sales or solutions selling
+ Strong communicationand collaboration skills
+ Learning agility and curiosity
+ Self-motivation andaccountability
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Internshipexperience at Siemensin sales, engineering, or customer-facing roles
+ Interest in HVAC, building automation, fire, security, or mechanical systems
+ Presentation and relationship-building skills
