**Sr Manager, gMG HCP Marketing – Rare Disease**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be a critical leader within the brand team, tasked with driving the development of the gMG HCP launch strategy.

The UPLIZNA gMG HCP team will focus on developing and executing strategies for educating Neurologists and differentiating the benefits of UPLIZNA for patients with gMG. UPLIZNA (inebilizumab) is a monoclonal antibody that targets the CD19 cell surface marker on B-cells. UPLIZNA is currently indicated for the treatment of Neuromyelitis Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD) and is in development for other autoimmune diseases, including Generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG). gMG is a chronic autoimmune disease caused by autoantibodies in the neuromuscular junction that attack muscle receptors, leading to poor neuromuscular transmission. This role will impart cross-functional leadership, strong teamwork and communication skills, a passion for patients, and a commitment to excellence in carry through.

+ Facilitate the development of the UPLIZNA gMG US HCP launch strategy, brand positioning, disease state campaign, branded campaign, promotional messaging, and all related HCP marketing tactics.

+ Drive all key launch related HCP materials and promotional messaging (IVAs, leave behinds, reprint carriers, websites, etc.)

+ Work with promotional review committee (PRC) to ensure that marketing materials meet brand, regulatory, legal, and medical guidelines and coincide with launch approval deadlines.

+ Contribute to the development of the annual brand plan with responsibility for defining and executing key areas within the associated tactical plans.

+ Partner with medical marketing and medical on KOL strategy and engagement

+ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of competitive activity and market dynamics that may affect the product’s development.

+ Support in the onboarding of new team members, including field team members, as the launch team continues to expand.

+ Lead HCP congress activities including booth design and surround sound (NPP) that aim to establish UPLIZNA as the treatment of choice for HCPs.

+ Collaborate with sales training to develop content that ensures effective delivery of promotional resources.

+ Effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams (e.g., global marketing, regulatory, legal, medical affairs, patient marketing, TLLs, market research, market access, sales operations, and sales training) on launch strategy and messaging and other marketing initiatives.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Doctorate degree and 2 years Marketing or Sales/Sales Ops experience

**Or**

Master’s degree and 4 years Marketing or Sales/Sales Ops experience

Or

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years Marketing or Sales/Sales Ops experience

Or

Associate’s degree and 10 years Marketing or Sales/Sales Ops experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years Marketing or Sales/Sales Ops experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Strong marketing proficiencies to include brand positioning, campaign development, marketplace analysis, insight generation, HCP & patient segmentation, brand sustainability, and multi-channel engagement.

+ Experience in leading strategy development and influencing cross-functional teams

+ Rare disease and launch and neurology experience preferred.

+ Experience collaborating with external experts and professional medical associations.

+ Strong communication efficiency: ability to engage, connect, and influence senior management and the sales and marketing organizations

+ Experience working with multiple projects and managing multiple external vendors.

+ Ability to translate and communicate complex information/strategies into simple and impactful plans

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $152,1580 to $179,472. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
