In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Manage Cytiva Learning and Development portfolio including Cornerstone, Udemy, maintaining accuracy of application data in Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

+ Responsible for the Application roadmap, vendor and budget management (expenditure, licensing costs etc.), demand management process (capture funnel, groom & prioritise) aligned with Cytiva Learning and Development business goals and associate experience.

+ Responsible for managing a team and successful delivery of Cytiva LMS initiatives/projects from requirements through release and sustainment. Define metrics to measure success and enable continuous improvements to support learning and development.

+ Support Operations including ServiceNow Change process, CMDB updates & application support process and managing incidents & achieving SLA standards.

+ Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive prioritization, On-time delivery, progress tracking, flag risks and implement countermeasures aligned to Cytiva IT PMO governance.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders through credible knowledge and experience.

+ Strong problem-solving skills, ability to translate requirements to software features, prioritization, breaking down problems and estimating efforts.

+ Ability to work & navigate in a matrix organization. Proactive, persists to completion especially in the face of overwhelming odds and setbacks.

+ Experience mentoring and coaching others, building a cohesive team.

+ Positive, energetic, and self-motivated.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent

+ Expertise in Learning Management systems

+ Proven experience (at least 5 years) IT product management, managing teams responsible for projects or similar related experience.
