**Strategic Facilitator (The Service Execution Program Office)**

**We are looking for Strategic Facilitator. This position will be based at Alpharetta, GA or Remote.**
**You’ll make an impact by:**
+ **Revenue Growth Identification & Implementation:**
+ Proactively identify and assess new opportunities for revenue growth within the Service Execution organization.
+ Define clear requirements for new initiatives, assist in their rollout, and provide ongoing coaching to relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
+ Collaborate with financial counterparts to track project successes, analyze outcomes, and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement and future strategic planning.
+ **Spare Parts Growth & Optimization:**
+ Serve as the primary driver for spare parts opportunities and growth, including initiatives like Global Price Agreements (GPA), spare part line-item add-ons, and comprehensive spare parts packages for Lifecycle Assessments.
+ Take full ownership of the Spare Parts Service Line for our Region, including pricing strategies for all Customer Serviced owned parts and all Technical Business Unit-owned parts with the “SP (Spare Part)” indicator.
+ **Organizational Liaison & Communication:**
+ Act as the central interlock between Services and the broader Siemens organization for growth initiatives from the Service Execution perspective.
+ Facilitate communication and provide updates on global service strategy to key stakeholders across Headquarters (HQ), Zone Americas, Siemens Sales Experts (SSSE, Digital Industries (DI) Sales, Inside Sales, and Service Execution LCB.
+ **Portfolio Development & Rollout:**
+ Own the interlock process with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for the development and introduction of new portfolio offerings.
+ Coach service lines through the successful rollout and implementation of these new offerings, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years strong understanding of spare parts management and pricing strategies.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business, Engineering, or related field of study.
+ Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or service management.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
+ Approximately 20% travel – US only.
+ Legally authorized to work in theUnited States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Prior professional experience from Industrial or Technology environment dealing with automation.
+ 5+ years strong understanding of spare parts management and pricing strategies.
