Description
This role is working as an instrument development engineer and report to system intergration manager
+ Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to define appropriate action
+ Participates on multifunctional teams and small projects
+ Knowledge of development process
+ May design and conducts experiments independently
+ Processes and analyzes data using appropriate statistical approaches
+ Disseminates information to professional colleagues through reports, presentations or data reviews
+ Reports status of experiments to project team, gives data presentations
+ Recommends changes to processes, procedures or products internally to the department
+ Adheres to policies, procedures and standards relating to functional area
+ May participate in process improvement projects, safety or laboratory operations
+ Participate in approve resolutions to manufacturing discrepancies
+ Knowledge of instrument theory of operation
+ Keeps current on Standards and trends in Engineering discipline

+ 工业标准及实践知识
+ 通过结果及决定，做出对资源及目标有益的影响
+ 符合法规的要求，并且建立适应的程序
+ 对复杂问题，能运用分析及独立判断能力，开发创新的，可实现的解决方案
+ 能够独立学习并掌握非本领域的知识
+ 具有本科学历及4年以上工作经验，或者
+ 具有硕士学历及2年以上工作经验
+ 具有生化分析仪，免疫分析仪及试剂开发经验者优先考虑
