**ROLE SUMMARY**

LITFULO, one of Pfizer’s 25 by 25 launches, is a JAK3/TEC molecule that received approval in June 2023 and is the first and only FDA-approved treatment for severe alopecia areata (AA) in adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults. Currently, there are only two FDA-approved medicines for AA in adults, so LITFULO delivers on a critical unmet need for people suffering with the severe AA. The US LITFULO Marketing Lead role is a tremendous opportunity to serve as a key member of the derm franchise on an agile, innovative, groundbreaking team. The LITFULO marketing lead will own all aspects of the LITFULO brand, setting strategy to maximize brand performance and patient impact, while ensuring that all team members achieve their career development objectives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Develop brand strategy including marketing, access, and sales components

+ Hold P&L accountability for the brand, continually assessing key metrics

+ Partner with cross functional leads including sales, customer engagement, medical, legal and access to set priorities and identify growth opportunities.

+ Challenge the status quo to accelerate growth during this critical launch phase

+ Partner as appropriate with key organizations to establish Pfizer as a leader in the dermatology space

+ Lead the annual operating plan process, including revenue and expense recommendations

+ Oversee a team of 8 colleagues, consistently demonstratinga joyful, collaborative and people first mindset

+ Serve as Pilot in Command for Brand Acceleration Team

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

+ Bachelor’s degree required, MBA degree is preferred.

+ 15 years of relative commercial experience, to include US market experience, is required; 13 years with an MBA.

+ 10+ years pharmaceutical experience, to include US market experience

+ Launch experience required

+ Demonstrated strategic acumen and bold move thinking

+ Proven ability to manage complex markets and projects

+ Strong people leader with demonstrated ability to lead through change

+ Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo

+ Experience in leading and motivating cross functional teams

+ Mastery of the P&L and strong financial acumen

+ Strong executive presence and experience engaging senior leaders

+ Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in fast-paced environment

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Prior team leadership

+ Deep experience in the US

+ Dermatology experience preferred, but not required

**NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS**

Domestic travel expected for POAs, congresses, and internal and external meetings

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $205,400.00 to $342,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 25.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
