As the Vertical Sales Executive – Healthcare (Electrical Services), you are responsible for growing the Electrical Services business across healthcare environments where comfort, and compliance directly impact patient outcomes. You combine **healthcareoperational knowledge** with **electrical services expertise** to help
customers optimize clinical environments, improve energy performance, and
support digital transformation initiatives across the continuum of care.
As The **Vertical Sales Executive – Healthcare (Electrical Services)** **, ** you will:
+ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of electrical services opportunitieswithin healthcare accounts
+ Utilize AI enabled tools to refine sales strategies and improvesuccess rates
+ Collaborate closely with operations and delivery teams to ensuresuccessful execution
+ Expand digital and energy services within existing healthcareportfolios
+ Act as a trusted advisor to facilities, engineering, andexecutive stakeholders
+ Deliver on forecasted results consistently and becapable of identifying and qualifying powers system studyopportunities with follow-up remediation, electrical service projectsfocused on low (600 V) and medium voltage (5-38kV) for both greenfield andbrownfield, electrical service agreements, and productrefurbishment/retrofit/upgrade opportunities
+ Lead consultative discovery focused on patient comfort, systemreliability, and operational efficiency to position Siemens as anindustrial leader and preferred partner
**You will make an impact with these qualifications:**
Basic Qualifications:
+ 8+ years of sales experience with hospitals,health systems, or clinical facilities
+ Proven success selling complex technicalsolutions in healthcare or mission critical environments
+ Strong financial acumen and ability to sell valuebased solutions
+ Experience leading technical presentations anddiscovery workshops
+ Must be willingand available to travel 50% overnight for training and business development
+ Must be 21 years of age and possess a validdriver’s license with limited violations
+ Legally authorized to work in the UnitedStates on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
+ Knowledge of and strong networking relationships withinthe local electrical market is strongly desired
+ Strong technical and commercial knowledge of electricaldistribution equipment (120V- 38,000V) systems andapplications required, preferably within all previously mentionedtargeted markets
+ Experience in other electrically focused industriessuch as Utility, Industrial, Distributor, or Contractor is a plus
