Description

This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and ensuring the successful commercialization of our pipeline products. The position requires a deep understanding of the Osteoporosis market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities:**

**Marketing Strategy and Planning:**

+ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for Prolia/Evenity and other products in pipeline.

+ Create and manage the brand identity and positioning with market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.

+ Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and market penetration.

+ Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs). Collaborate with KOLs to gather insights, obtain endorsements, and support educational activities. Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, fostering productive relationships and mutual collaboration.

+ Manage budgets and develop metrics to ensure success of the promotional programs;

**Product Launch and Lifecycle Management:**

+ Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, including market entry strategies, pricing, and promotional activities.

+ Develop lifecycle management plans to maximize the potential of the Osteoporosis medicine portfolio.

+ Monitor product performance, conduct market assessments, and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion or optimization.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

+ Collaborate closely with the medical affairs, sales, and regulatory teams to align marketing strategies and ensure effective execution.

+ Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team, including the development of sales tools, training materials, and product knowledge resources.

+ Foster strong relationships and collaborations with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on Osteoporosis or related therapeutic areas.

+ Strong knowledge of the Osteoporosis market, including key competitors, market dynamics, and healthcare trends.

+ Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

+ Excellent leadership and team management skills.

+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
