The Pricing Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for performing price performance and price data analysis.
This position is part of the Global Pricing team located in India and will be Hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Price Performance BI
+ Perform analysis and review of List Prices. Highlight data issues, misalignment with market factor and diversity to product managers.
+ Prepare pricing reports to enable business to deep dive into pricing performance.
+ Design pricing reports to provide business with actionable insights to drive top line and bottom line growth
+ Work with Op Co and regional teams to understand reporting requirements
+ Work with Global BI team to build the dashboards in QlikSense
DBS
+ Use DBS tools to improve pricing work and processes
+ Gather GEMBA evidence to support DBS initiatives for Pricing
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Comfortable and proficient to work and communicate with all levels of the business
+ Experience working with tools like MS forms, Microsoft Office, QlikSense or other BI tools
+ Excellent MS office command including MS access
+ Good interpersonal collaboration skills
+ High Proficiency in English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Finance or business analyst background
+ 3 to 5 years work experience, preferably in Life Sciences
