Area of Responsibilities:
+ Lead large-scale system and software architecture design of new histology products.
+ Lead design and testing effort for full software development lifecycle with an Agile/Scrum environment.
+ Shapes design methodologies and best practices.
+ Collaborate with global teams to drive synergies across common platform.
+ Work with cross-functional team to ensure medical product design meets the requirement for quality, manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.
+ Anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges via thoughtful long-term planning.
+ Formulate tech. and innovation roadmap to extend and strengthen product portfolio.
+ Organize global/cross BU activities and events.
+ Lead workflow/process creation and optimization impacting cross BU or global cooperation.
+ Develop team and department’s technical competency following product/tech. roadmap.
