**主要职责：** **项目执行与流程管理：** • 协助Combo团队执行年度重点项目，包括跨产品业务活动、内部会议及业务流程优化项目。 • 负责内部系统（如合规赞助、系统提报、费用申请等）的提交、跟进与归档，确保符合公司合规要求。 • 协调项目进度，整合多方资源，确保关键节点按时交付。编制和维护项目文档，包括会议纪要、报告、流程文件及工作指南（中英文）。 **预算与数据支持：** • 协助业务总监跟踪跨业务活动预算，进行月度核对与数据更新。 • 管理业务相关账单与付款流程，确保准确、及时和合规。 • 收集并整理销售及市场相关数据，编制定期分析报告，为业务决策提供支持。 • 跟踪和分析团队KPI执行进展，协助持续提升绩效达成率。 **活动与运营执行** • 支持Combo协作项目与公司级活动（如年度大会、区域会议、学术活动）。 • 协调内部共享平台（如SharePoint/Box）的文件管理与更新，确保信息同步。 • 管理Combo团队的内部沟通、文件归档及后勤支持工作。 • 支持远程团队的运营事务，确保日常沟通顺畅、活动执行高效。 **任职要求：** • 本科及以上学历，3年以上跨国公司行政、项目管理或业务支持经验。 • 熟悉制药行业市场运营或商业流程，具备跨部门协调经验。 • 具备项目管理意识，能独立推进多任务、保证交付质量。 • 具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel（数据透视表、VLOOKUP、图表） 等工具。 具备出色的书面与口头沟通能力，能够以简明、专业的方式汇报工作。 • 英语读写良好，能阅读和编写英文报告及流程文档。 • 工作态度积极，责任心强，能在快节奏、截止期导向的环境中独立完成任务。 **Position Objective:** This role supports the Repatha team under the new Combo model […]
