**职位描述** 该职位负责北京，天津，河北加部分山东4省的政府事务及市场准入相关工作，以支持公司产品NRDL列入和地方准入落地及区域的业务发展。工作内容：建立与负责区域内相关政府部门的战略合作关系；并制定准入策略和目标，并在本区域内执行,同时协助支持大区及相关准入工作；支持公司各部门在区域内开展的公司战略项目的落地执行。工作地点： **北京** **主要工作职责和行为** 1、建立和维护相关政府部门和利益相关者的沟通平台和战略伙伴关系。充分展现公司在中国的使命和愿景。 2、及时跟进区域内医疗卫生以及生物医药产业相关政策的走向，积极参与区域内医疗行业政策环境塑造、推动生物医药相关政策的发展，并及时反馈相关政策建议。 3、协助大区完成各项准入工作及相关活动、项目，包括支持NRDL；省、地方谈判后的落地政策跟进，并在负责区域实施行动计划，实现准入目标的达成。 4、为公司内部各业务部门提供支持，包括： + 保持与区域内业务部门的良好沟通,及时分析当地政策趋势，提供专业政策指导和支持。 + 支持公司战略项目在负责区域的落地，促进业务目标的实现。 + 了解危机管理的应对机制，协调处理区域内危机事宜。 5、作为安进公司的代表积极参与负责区域医药行业的各项活动,为行业和公司发展创造有益的外部政策环境。 6、支持大区做好准入相关公司内部流程的管理工作。 7、合规为先，主动学习，具备良好的团队合作意识 + 积极主动参与高绩效、学习型组织的建设。 + 制定个人绩效目标，明确培训需求，在实践中提高准入专业能力。 + 严格遵守公司的合规要求 8、完成其他促进公司业务发展的相关工作。 **基本要求** 1：具有与关键利益相关者密切合作，保持良好合作关系的经验和能力 2：具有政策分析，项目管理和谈判的基本能力 3：业务导向性 4：有政府事务及市场准入经验优先 **技能要求** 1：良好的书面及口头表达能力以及沟通能力 2：能以结果为导向 3：判断和解决问题能力：根据具体情况做出判断，并解决问题 4：团队精神：主动积极与同事合作 5：基本英语沟通能力 **背景要求** 1：本科以上学历,医学、药学、公共卫生等相关专业优先 2：2-3年市场准入、医药行业、跨国企业工作经验
